Great location. Really comfortable and clean, great space for a couple.

To be improved

The check in process was quite difficult to follow - communication wasn’t great via messaging. Another couple were having similar difficulties while I was attempting to check in. I’m hoping they have learnt from these issues though as it was a great stay other than this and something which can be easily fixed.

Maybe change of bed sheets and towels but this is a apartment and you do have facilities to use the washing machine

There are so many "policies" put in place by the management that it made the stay unpleasant. First, they demand a $400 deposit PAID in advance through an unsecured third party website for a two night stay. That was more than double what we paid for the room. They don't just hold the card, they take a payment and promise a refund once they inspect the premises. This rule was very hidden in the description on booking.com and we were unaware and not happy about it. Very deceitful. The amount of toilet paper provided (two half rolls) was ridiculous. We needed more and were denied saying all hygiene items are our responsiblity. Never heard of TP or something so essential not being provided. Security was also very lax. To get in the front door, they leave a key in a lock box by the door. Problem is someone took that key during our stay, so a window on the door was left open so you could reach through to open the door. So ANYONE could have gotten in the front door during our stay. Very unsecure. The management staff was also inconsitent regarding the rules. The check out rules are very specific. I picked up my key from the office so returned to the office after it said in the check out policy to "return keys EXACTLY to the same location you pick them up". They said when I returned them that I could have just left them in the room. This place is nice but not worth all the hassle of thier rules.

The bed was super comfy and nice! The shower and bathroom!

You have to provide a deposit by credit card which feels a bit weird because no other accommodation asks for this on booking. But after a while you’re getting it back
