The apartment is on the corner, the windows do not close well, in some places there are cracks and because of this you can hear absolutely everything that is happening outside. We also encountered huge cockroaches, which was extremely unpleasant. On the first evening after returning from the sea, there was not enough hot water even for one person. As it turned out, the boiler is designed for only 50 liters and was set almost to the minimum. The tenants cannot regulate the temperature, since there is a lock on the boiler. When I wrote to the landlady, she replied that if there is at least a little hot water, then "this is already normal", and suggested just waiting. We waited until midnight - the water never heated up. At some point, we were even offered to use the public shower, which, in my opinion, is absolutely unacceptable for rented housing. Only after persistent request, the landlady agreed to check the boiler and found that it was indeed set almost to the minimum. The parking is worth mentioning separately. The advert says that there is one, but in reality it is a regular public parking lot near the house. There are almost never any free spaces there, so expect that you will most likely not be able to park near the apartment, it depends on your luck. On the day of departure, we were ready at the strictly agreed time before 10:00, as stated in the instructions. We waited for the owner until 10:45, but she never showed up, then we left the keys in the cell and went to the airport. Later we received a message from her reproaching us for allegedly not saying goodbye and not thanking her for staying. I consider this extremely unprofessional, especially given all the inconveniences we had to face.
