“Wonderful apartment in a great location for our family of 5.”
The best

The apartment is in a fantastic location across from a beautiful sandy beach and a promenade scattered with wonderful restaurants. It was a very calm and relaxing holiday for our family of 5. The children had their own rooms and so there was plenty of space for everyone. It was very clean which was a must for us. The lady that greeted us was very friendly and helpful. The owner was fantastic organising taxis to and from the airport, sending on recommendations of events happening in the area and transport links etc. We would love to visit again.

To be improved

Not so much of a didn't like but next time we'll rent a car so we can explore the area a bit more. It looks amazing.

No check in information provided No apartment information so felt we constantly had to message the host for basic things We're never foretold the swimming pool was out of action until we asked the host (main reason we booked this place). With 2 children around 6 months the beach wasn't ideal and ended up costing us an extra €75 in sunbeds - host wasn't willing to compensate at all for our losses.

Apartment great. Good showers and comfy beds. Good kitchen and lounge.

Pools and gym were totally out of use as building / renovations being done. We were not told about this at all when we booked. We were really looking forward to resting by the pools. Owner said after I contacted her that it was the only time contractors could do the work. Think this is a very poor answer and should have been mentioned on booking.com. The whole building itself is looking a bit sad with rust and damp patches on all outside balconies and damp inside the entrance hall as you cone into the building- all needs a good coat of paint. If you don’t mind walking then this is a nice unit but a long walk for people who might need help to the main Torrox El Farrow and bars that end. Spain power cut whilst there- had to contact owners on how to reboot the boiler, air conditioning etc, need candles or torches should this happen again in the apartment and owners to contact guests.

We had a very pleasant stay at the apartment. Apartment is well equipped with a sunny terrace. Located on walking distance to the promenade with many restaurants and close to supermarket.
