Furniture is a bit outdated, especially outdoors. There is no coffee machine, and you get only one small and one big towel per stay, but there's excellent Lava Rapid launderette nearby.

EaW Homes lack any kind of Customer Service, they are absolutely dreadful, and I would not book any of their Properties ever again. Unfortunately I read their Google Reviews too late! Please be aware that there is a late check-in fee and a substantial security deposit required upon check-in online. This Apartment is badly let down by the details . . . There's a washing machine, but no clothes line/airer, pegs etc. There's an Iron, but no Ironing board. There's a Corkscrew but no wine glasses. There's no less than 12 plates & side plates, but no bowls. There's 4 frying pans, but no cooking utensils. The Dead Pigeon & Nest is still in place between the external & internal window in the Bathroom, so you can't open the window. It would be so easy to remove with the right equipment. EaW just don't respond. We had the Apt for 8 nights, and had 1 small bath towel & hand towel each, despite requesting more. We had a lovely time because this part of Marbella is beautiful. I have had the pleasure of staying at Skol for the best part of 50 years, and I have never experienced such appalling Customer Service.

Unfortunately there was a dead pigeon, a nest and 2 unhatched eggs, lodged between 2 windows in the bathroom, having contacted the agents the situation was never resolved and we were left with a rotten bird for the week and unable to open the window for fear of more birds getting in . Also 2 single beds had broken legs and were unusable

The booking was very difficult for skol team to locate. The tv and wifi has no Instructions in fact there was no information booklet available for guests Shutters were also difficult to operate and as a result and for fear of breaking them the balcony was never accessed or used
