Sea&Harbour Arrecife

Very good apartment, nice view on ocean through big windows. Apartment was really good equip mainly in kitchen. Each device in apartment was functional. Internet connection was fast suitable also for remote workers over PC (MS Teams,...) as was in my case. We were connected wi-fi, 5 devices at the same time. Regarding keys from apartment, we got them fast in 10 min since our arrival from Fernanda. City was also nice, many attractions, empty clean sandy beach without tourist, perfect for our stay with two small kids. Happy to come back again.

It is an absolutely amazing, bright, and spacious apartment, right in the center of Arrecife, about 5 5-minute walk from the beach and with amazing views of the ocean. The apartment is super clean and sunlit pretty much all day (living and dining area), and is modestly but very purposefully furnished with nice furniture. The kitchen and bathroom equipment is amply sufficient for a happy and longer stay with self-cooking. The master bedroom has a very comfortable bed. Access is also easy, one can use the elevator in the house (apart from the first few steps to the elevator). The location is also convenient as a starting point for trips around the island (anywhere 30-50 mins). However, you have to take into account that this is 2nd-floor accommodation right in the city, so it won't be an absolutely quiet residential area like somewhere a kilometer away from the center in a boring sterile satellite apartment town (Teguise). You have to take into account the sounds of the city and the surrounding life. Luckily, there are no big bars with live football broadcasts like in PDC or PB, but there is a great bakery right in the building with unbeatable pastries at 2x lower price compared to bakeries in European cities. There's a great Italian cafe across the side street and a hidden little bar just down the street. Rental car parking is available either on the advice of the apartment owner in the surrounding streets and abandoned areas between buildings (for about 50 cents to 1 euro tip for the local community people to help you find a free spot and park), or about 15 min walk behind the beach in a large free parking lot. There is also a large underground car park directly in front of the apartment building, but this is quite expensive (but ideal for first arrival and unpacking your suitcases for a small parking fee). Oh, and the best part at the end is that the host was absolutely amazing - great communication, lots of local tips, and always on call.

This property is in an amazing location with beautiful views over the sea. It is beside all facilities with a bakery, an ice cream parlour, cafes and restaurants all adjacent. The host (Diego) was extremely helpful and very kind. We are already planning a return visit to this apartment!

The location of the apartment and its accesibility to all the required facilities such as a great beach, a walk away from restaurants and public transport. The apartment was immaculately presented, bravo to the cleaner. The host was also fantastic at communicating and replying to questions and took the time to welcome us and make us feel at home in Arrecife.

Location and views were amazing
