Only one key for a place where up to 5 people could stay. This was limiting. We always had to stay together or plan a time to meet back. When I asked for a second key, the host said it wasn’t possible because previous people were forgetting to leave the keys. I don’t think their mistake should penalize all families going forward. Those people should be charged to replace the keys.

Check in was complicated and couldn’t get important details until standing outside property. And parking in the area can be tough. Combine those two things and it leads to a stressful check in process

My elderly mother and I arrived around 1 a.m. after a long, tiring journey. We were guided to the apartment via WhatsApp — the instructions weren’t too complicated, but we had no idea how check-in would work until we actually got to the building, which was stressful given the late hour. Inside the apartment, we were immediately disturbed by a loud noise coming from the air conditioner — even though it was turned off. The host's response was: "Oh, I thought it stopped... Sorry, I can’t do anything now, it’s too late." So I had to find the main breaker myself and turn it off completely. The next day, the host offered to send someone to fix it, but we declined as we didn’t want to waste our time waiting. We just avoided using that unit. The host was polite, but the experience had already affected our mood. There was no bottled water in the fridge, just an old jug with tap-filtered water, which we didn’t risk drinking — we bought water the next morning. Although check-out was listed as 1:30 pm, the cleaning lady showed up at 1:15 pm. It wasn’t a problem, as we were ready, but I had to call the host to confirm whether she was the right person to give the keys to, since we had previously been told to leave them in the locker. Lastly, there was no possibility to leave our luggage after check-out. We were offered to use a nearby locker, but it was only open until 2 p.m. since it was Saturday, so we had to find another option. Overall, the apartment felt slightly overpriced for the experience.

The flat was ok, there was a bad sewage smell when u enter the flat, a random toilet roll on a chair in the living room, a pair of man sandals in the entrance of the flat, a packet of camel cigarettes on the shelves in the lounge. Either than that. Was ok. Lovely flat.

Some noise from bars / restaurants late Friday and Saturday night . Quiet on Sunday which was a relief
