“Great for longer stay”

The best

We stayed one month and honestly it was excellent choice for very good price. There was available parking spot for us with easy access to the apartment (elevator). The caretaker was very accomodating and helpful, he borrowed us also his own bike lock for our bikes. The apartment is sufficiently spacious and furnished (modern), the kitchen was sufficiently equipped (smaller coffee cups would be great but we solved it by buying some in local ceramics atelier, so nice souvenir as well). Beds were comfortable with one large duvet (we are accustomed to two separate ones so we brought one with us - cultural differences). There was large wardrobe in each bedroom but we would prefer more shelves than it has. Internet connection is good (we were working there), the smart TV has Netflix, HBO Max, Spotify etc. Air-conditioning was working but we didn't need it in May. The terrace is spacious with comfy chairs and great view. The bigger swimming pool was open, it was checked and cleaned quite often. The common areas were cleaned often as well. First two weeks of our stay there was very few people in the area of Isea Calaceite (3 apartment buildings) so it was very quiet. The end of the stay more people came but it still was relatively quiet considering this fact. The beach (Playa Calaceite) is nearby (5-10 min walk downhill), the grocery shops (Mercadona, Lidl and Aldi) are 10 min by car in Torrox Costa or Nerja. All in all we enjoyed our stay immensely.

To be improved

Since we stayed longer I would appreciate the vacuum cleaner (we borrowed one from caretaker but it was not vacuuming properly so we returned it). The parking spot is quite narrow and we have bigger car but from what we saw this is standard in Spain. The building is built on rock so walk from the beach is quite uphill (we didn't mind much until I have hurt my leg). Running or biking up this hill is only for very trained people :D

Apartment had everything one would need! Great views, tranquility, equipped with all appliances, cleanliness and modern furniture. We will definitely return!
