The location !!! wasn’t made clear it was up a very steep hill we are both in our seventies and couldn’t possibly walk up so had to get Taxis everywhere so your marketing needs to be addressed as to inform people also the Pool which you have in all the advertising was closed the entire time we were there. We were very disappointed and feel extremely annoyed that for us it was a total waste of our money.

The location was v good. Fab views. Restaurants and shops nearby . Quiet at night .

Losing the sun from the balcony so early and not having sun chairs/loungers to sit in garden. We really missed having the option of sitting outside more

Comfy sofas & beds. Good bathrooms. Nice patio furniture. Lots of cushions. Nicely decorated. Nice views. Quiet complex so got good sleep. Communal areas very clean & modern & well maintained. Office staff very helpful.

To be improved

TV issues with sound & picture. Couldn't use the lovely pool which was very disappointing. Up a very steep hill. No beach towels provided at apartment.

The best

Apartment was beautiful. So clean. The location was good. The view from the balcony was lovely as you are high up. Sea view was better than the photos. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything. Walking distance to Lidl and some restaurants. Lovely residential area. A/C was brilliant and the whole place was immaculate. We had issue with toilet & was fixed within an hour.

To be improved

The beds were very hard so we found it hard to sleep. The swimming pool was really lovely but the tiles at bottom were all coming off. The Hill to the apartment was very steep.
