Location was perfect, could see the waves breaking metres from my window

To be improved

Tldr: house was not cleaned and not very wel maintained It was not cleaned told this to Jorge (contact person) an hour later he messaged me that it was now cleaned. This was not true since we did not leave the apartment in that time. Sand everywhere, ventilation shaft in bathroom had not been cleaned it would seem in years. There was no bucket of water in front of the of the house to clean feet of sand nor a door mat. Not maintained Door is rotten with holes in it. Shower door leaks water. Ceiling window in bathroom leaks water. Main bedroom door is leak, causes wind to wistle and even water to get into the bedroom during a storm. Electric stove shuts itself off every 30 seconds because of an unknown error. Lastly the second bedroom has no direct outside windows.

The best

The view is unbelievable! Rita is a great host, very friendly :) The apartment is quite basic, but it had everything we needed, but you're really staying here for the view and the location. Literally at the beach, 0m away.

The noise from the restaurant downstairs started very early in the morning! Evening were fine as it’s not a late place.
