The location was convenient and the room felt cozy and comfortable. The staff were warm and helpful throughout our stay. We also appreciated the friendly neighbors, which made the atmosphere even nicer. Overall, it was a pleasant and good-value stay.

To be improved

The cleanliness could be slightly improved, and there was a temporary water outage during our stay, which was a bit inconvenient. Hopefully, this was just a one-time issue.

We had some issues with the air conditioning during our stay. One night it started leaking water, so we had to turn it off. Fortunately, the next day a technician came and fixed it. The staff was always attentive and responded quickly to our concerns. However, the TV never worked during our stay. Despite these inconveniences, we appreciated the good customer service.
