There was a buffet lunch and breakfast excellent choice. All the staff were perfect and couldn't do enough for us.

To be improved

A full mini bar in the room would have been perfect.

The best

We booked all inclusive preferred room. It was expensive for what you get and not sure the cost for all inclusive or preferred was worth it. Beds were comfy. Most staff were very friendly.

To be improved

Drinks were very bad. Service was super slow. Looked like the bars were understaffed. Food was only ok and I’m not picky. Some of the staff at the preferred pool bar were not the friendliest. Pool cabanas were in bad shape. Place could do with a refresh and upgrade - exterior looks old and run down. Lift didn’t work in main area.

“Worth the money for a slice of peaceful luxury”
The best

Gorgeous relaxing interiors, great secluded location. Which you could appreciate as soon as you walked through the doors. Our room was such a lovely size and bed was really big and so comfortable. Food was great and breakfast included was well worth it. A lovely walk into puerto calero marina was handy to try different restaurants but onsite restaurants are great as well. The pool areas are the best. Elevated style and lovely and quiet and relaxing. Gym was also great. Didn’t use the spa.

The best

The hotel was clean. Excellent staff! Very good entertainment at night . Sea view was nice . Food was tasty.

To be improved

The balcony was tiny, hard to sit out on. No shop in the hotel or nearby, a good 10-15 minute walk away. It was pricey for meals compared to other parts of Lanzarote. Very basic for the high price paid. Not worth it unless you go all inclusive.

The best

It looked exactly like the images, immaculately clean and well run. The staff were amazing, friendly and attentive. The food was also great, best breakfast buffet I’ve ever had.
