“DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME TO GO THERE”

The best

aircon was not working and i sweat the all night. I asked for water (the mini bar was compltely empty) and they told me they were bringing to me but never happened. at the end i went ot buy a bottle at the bar.

“Breakfast, location is perfect in mountain, heating, parking, close to highway, staff are very pleasent · Cons: In the evening water was lukewarm, walls are so thin that i could hear other guest what they are talking and they were not shouting, suprisingly other guests were very noisy somewhere in the hotel. If you want to have good sleep before visiting Segovia skip this hotel.”

“The breakfast was really good. The facilities were good as well. · Cons: First, the bathroom was dirty. We found a bunch of hairs and top work was not cleaned. Secondly, we booked a family room, but we got something else with two extra beds. Unfortunately, one of them was extremely uncomfortable. Thirdly, there supposed to be crib in the room which was not there.”

“Great location, close to Segovia and Avila. Staff was helpful and nice. · Cons: Someone smoked in the other room and the smoke was coming through the vent. The same happened when we opened the window. It was a shame as everything else was really nice.”
