Senator Banus Adults Only Recommended

We stayed at the property for 5 days and had a very comfortable stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful .The hotel is very conveniently located with many restaurants and cafes nearby. The room was very spacious and the bed comfortable. The only thing of note is that we had a room only booking and the brekfast per person was 22 euros which was expensive . We , however , had a choice of cafes and restaurants outside whcih were very reasonably priced . We will defintely come back to stay here

Lovely experience,managed to relaxed ,it is a 4* rathen then 5*,that's room for improvement. It is within 10min walked from the beach,10min by bus from Saint Pedro,busess to Estepona,Puerto Banus,Marbella,Malaga ,I liked Puerto Departivo €50 ,I am sure with bus would have been cheeper ,around€10 If you cross the blue bridge ,10min walk,you have a supermarket with everything you want,food,drinks,household,suvenirs.etc. Hairsalon,dog groming,sweet shop,kebab,fish and chips,restaurants. For me being closed to the beach was amazing. Food was ok,can be improve with local disess for breakfast ,hot drinks you have to order yourself,best leave the caffee machine out so guests can help themselves like other others are doing Thank you for my Cava,mentioned I dob't drink,would have liked to be swap with a spa voucer,or 1 flower or 1 slice of cake. Would have make my birthday special if at breakfast ,waitress would have sang happy birthday,like done in other hotels. Thank you Jamal,wonderful person ,tou are a great asset for this hotel. Helpful,proffessional,caring ,emphatetic and also speak 3 languages. Overall for me this holiday has achieved it purpose to relax,thus I thank you for your ospitality. Few things to improve: Leaflets with all local and near by atractions/parties/fiesta Spa club rooms. English menu,expain what each meal contains More attentive waitresses,should ask more questions ,when taking orders. Small staff budges with the flag of contries other languages they speak Evening band/ententaiment Even adults like music,dancing and having fun This is in my option things that would help you improve your services but overall,I did enjoy my break and would like to Thank you for your ospitality

This week first time visiting from reception welcome from Casti manager excellent warm welcoming kind considerate. Then the staff Jamel the help support from anything from taxi or anything we needed Excellent, breakfast staff Rachida, Angela's like having your own family look after you. The room spotless, the beds so so comfortable. We wanted to relax and we haven't even gone to spa and we are totally happy. Thank You to you all. MUCHO GRATIAS Niall

Just back from 10 days in this hotel. Stayed previously in 2019. Lovely to see some of the staff still working there. Stay was booked through On The Beach £2800 with flights/transfer. We upgraded to a Duplex penthouse suite for an amazing extra €1000 (saving €6000!). Fabulous views, two huge terraces, jacuzzi etc etc. We walked 60miles in our time there. Local bus to Estepona €2.10. The noise of the motorway is what it is but can’t be heard from the hotel rooms or pools. 3 foot bridges over it, loads of good places to eat. Hotel does food too and a lovely poolside bar. Breakfasts have so much choice. Staff are absolutely fabulous. It’s a shame it closes November because weather remains warm (we had 25-30C no rain or wind) - I suspect it’s a Company decision to save money, which is a shame for the staff.

This hotel is a lovely hotel, the pool area is peaceful and there were enough sun loungers available. The room was of good size and housekeeping ladies were very friendly. We had lunch and the food was so delicious. There’s nothing really in the area to do, there is a bridge to cross the road to a supermarket and a couple of restaurants, the hotel is on a very busy fast road but there is a bus stop a couple of minutes away and it’s easy to travel to puerto banus and Marbella which took around 20 mins for 2.50 euros which is great. All in all no complaints about the hotel or the staff, but for us it’s a little far out for what we wanted. Next time we are staying somewhere closer to the other resorts.

We have stayed here once before. We loved that free parking was available, and were greeted at the door with a big smile by the bellhop who helped us with our luggage. We received excellent service from the person who checked us in (we especially appreciated that they offered us an upgrade at a reasonable price). Delicious breakfast, good prices and food at the restaurant in the evening. Nice outdoor area and pool, and walking distance to the beach. We will definitely be back!
