Senator Barcelona Apartments

Arrived and told of all extra money to be paid per person . None of this was made clear in the booking . Room was clean but very noisy people above. Would not recommend

the ac didnt work and the ac didnt cant to fix in my 2 days there.

Everything was very old, not renovated appartment, very small for family of 4, 1 air condition for 2 rooms which is not acceptable for us in Barcelona summer hot days, bathroom is very narrow and bathtub can not fit a human body. We stayed 1 night only although booked for 5 nights, thank you for the front desk for understanding and cancelling our booking with a full refund as the room didn’t match our expectations. Building is under renovation from outside so you can’t open the curtain as workers can break your privacy and of course the noise.

The facilities were quite poor. I had booked the room for 2 adults and 1 child, but they provided an extra bed in the hall, which took up most of the space. The windows were locked due to nearby construction work, making the room extremely warm and uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the AC wasn’t working either.

The property is being renovated during our stay (July 2025) and there were really loud construction noises in the morning that will wake you up! Was expecting management will think about their guests being asleep.
