Although i told them in advance i will be 2 days late, i was forced to make another reservation, and pay the hotel room again although i’ve already paid it almost 3 months in advance. When i’ve asked for the manager, it refused to see us and basically stole our money.

To be improved

They have basically robbed me of almost 1000 euros. Do not pay them anything in advance or you can kiss your money goodbye. They send a non working card payment page so you need to send them money by bank transfer so you cannot get them back. Their contact number is a joke, just an aswering machine.

Hotel location was good but probably not the actual standard we would usually choose. We can not fault anything with the staff or the rooms at all & our stay was comfortable. The staff helped us with booking taxi's & also a Padel Court & everything went well. We were in Cala Millor for a wedding
