“High expectations, low outcome.”

The best

The staff (especially PO) were awesome. The communication was consistent and PO fixed our balcony problems and was very responsive when we needed him at all kinds of hours. The balcony was spacious, we spent most of our time in the apartment there.

To be improved

The AC in my room only blew out hot air. The lights in my room stopped working after day 1. The best AC was in my friend’s room, however, it was extremely inconsistent. The hot water was inconsistent even when showering at different times. The balcony was nice and spacious, however, extremely dusty and dirty, the seats were dirty too. It felt as though every time i came back, something was waiting for me. We got locked out of the balcony because there was no way to access it from outside; forcing you to keep it open and let all the bugs into the apartment. And if you locked yourself out like we did, if you didn’t have PO’s help, you’d essentially be screwed outside. There’s only one trashcan outside of the one you have in the bathroom, the one in the kitchen, that’s it, very frustrating.
