Nicely set up. Great location. Communicative host.

This property should be temporarily removed from being listed. Or should be listed with a warning and a serious discount. There is demolition and renovation going on in the unit directly below. The hammering, sawing was so loud you could actually feel it in the bed. Started while we were there at 8:30 am. Finished about 5 or 5:30. If you can tolerate that - this is a great apartment. When the work is done this will be a great apartment. But can’t say that for the present. Inquire about the progress of work on the unit below before booking which - having renovated our own Airbnbs - we expect will take two or three months at least. The owner said he would contact Booking.com about a refund and we did as well. But we’ve heard nothing from Booking.com.

Great flat, clean, modern, and right in the middle of Jaen. Host was really helpful, and there’s decent parking close by if you need it.

Great location close to historic centre. Nicely furnished loft style apartment. Best equipped kitchen ever!
