“Room 27 degree. Charged to alter temp.”
The best

The room is 27 degrees centigrade. I am here for a course and I am awake at 3am writing this. This will affect my performance on my course. Sercotel set the room at 27 degrees and charge customers to decrease the temperature. I have opened the window and now have to contend with street noise.

I think it’s location is better. Breakfast was ok

Room was terrible … Pillows were dirty have stains on them. Ants were running on tables, Room doors were near to break & in terrible situation … Bathroom was ok & they did not put any water bottles in the room
