Good hotel in Barcelona close to Las Ramblas and in a very walkable location. We enjoyed our stay and the staff was excellent.

Convenient location, decently clean rooms.

To be improved

Barking dogs inside the hotel was totally unacceptable. The beds only had sheets, no duvet or light quilt. The single bed headboard got detached on first night and never got fixed despite raising it. The 2nd card key only worked 4th night, we requested a fix at reception every day. The welcome water at reception with mint and grapefruit edges was too bitter to drink. The little plunge pool area at top floor smelled badly (bleach?) and was smaller than it looked in the photos. The room was too small for 3 adults, it should not be advertised as a 3 person room. Finally only a suggestion but it is always nice for a hotel to have a bar and this one doesn’t, only a large waiting area at reception with nothing to do.

The best

The staff was amazing and helped every time we needed anything. Very willing and helped us to arrange taxis. The property is well located and the coffee cart in the foyer is really nice.

To be improved

Our rooms aircon did not seem to work all that well. The room was really warm and after speaking to the staff, the aircon still did not manage to cool the room. Our room was located on the western side of the building and got the afternoon sun, but would have thought that the aircon would be able to cool the room.

Clean, roomy and convenient. Room service was excellent

Rooftop pool was tiny but the outdoor area was nice. You could take drinks up there but would have been better if there was a bar upstairs.
