“Good choice in Cartagena”
The best

Stayed here for one night in Jan 2026. Pros: 1) Location is good. It is a short walk to the all the main sites. 2) There is a public parking very close to the hotel and they give a discount. 3) The hotel front desk is operational 24 hours and the staff was courteous and helpful. 4) The room and bathrooms were spacious and quite clean. 5) The place is quiet at night and sleep quality was great. 6) The tariff was reasonable. 7) The WIFI was free with good speed and connectivity. 8) Check-in/check-out process was smooth. Cons: 1) There are not too many good eating options close to the hotel.

“A good hotel in a central location.”
The best

The hotel staff were warm and welcoming .The rooms are clean and have everything you need.The hotel is in a great location for exploring the city .Would recomend the hotel and I will be back .

To be improved

Parking was expensive but on the plus side not too far away ,i think the hotel could explore a better deal with the parking company.

Fantastic hotel rooms spotless with everything you need tea coffee mini bar reception staff Andress was so helpful and Friendly so close to parking and all attractions been a few times and will definitely be back thanks

The best

Great experience, although I was there only for 2 nights. The staff at the reception was cordial and efficient and the room was clean and tidy, with good space and also a nice desk and minibar.

Amazing boutique hotel, clean, modern, friendly staff and a great breakfast situated 5 minutes walking distance to the old town’s shops and restaurants. Cartagena is a beautiful city. This hotel was perfect for us!
