“City visit”

The best

The location is perfect. You can reach old tow and museums on foot. There is metro station close to the hotel. The infrastructure is excellent. It seems that hotel is new. Breakfast is good.

To be improved

We have booked the room with breakfast included. Unfortunately our departure was very early and hotel did not provide food for takeaway. The day of arrival we were told that it is possible, but next morning the guy in reception said - no. It seems quite strange that in such food obsessed city, you get tiny cup of coffee and one apple in the morning. Suggestion for management: consider how to improve that. For example, it was not the issue for hotel to provide such service in Madrid. Next, we approached reception to book a taxi a day before departure, but next morning the guy in reception did not find such information in the system. Luckily, we left room earlier and it was not the issue to get taxi in early hours.

“Excellent city break would definitely go back to Bilboa - ticked all the boxes.”

The best

This hotel was in a great location and only a 10 minute walk from all main attractions and old town. The room was very clean and spacious. The breakfast was very good with lots of choice. All the hotel staff were helpful and gave good information when asked. I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends travelling to Bilboa.

There was not anything I didn't like.
