“Great place. They need to improve maintenance and service.”

The property is in a great location. The decoration is nice and modern, and has nice views to the sea. The people and service at the restaurant were excellent. The pool area was nice too.

To be improved

They need more people working there. When they have multiple families to check in, they take way too long. The pool also needs maintenance. The water got blurry and it was like that while we were there. The elevators walls were dirty. The hotel smelt very strong like sewer. We had 2 rooms for my husband, our two sons and I. My husband’s room smelt so bad that my youngest son(9) came to my room saying he couldn’t sleep with that smell. They definitely should figure out what is happening. I guess the hotter it is, the worse the smell is. The first day, we didn’t notice the smell at the lobby, but it got really strong while we were there. The lobby and the 3rd floor smelt bad, the second floor not so much. I don’t know why.
