Room getting a bit dated Broken skirting in bathroom Cracked vanity No usb charging in room The room was clean but weird fabric over main light had loads of dead flies in it All of the glass at property needed a clean which I was surprised about

Love how quiet it feels.

To be improved

I’ve stayed for 3-4 days for 4/5 years now. Some things in the rooms are starting to feel tired. The main bedroom light is behind a fabric picture, each year there seems to be more and more dead bugs behind. Also some of the fittings need an upgrade.

The staff were very courteous

The costs were so much higher than last year which we wouldn't mind paying but the breakfast was sub standard as were the meals in the cafe. Our room wasn't cleaned properly until the last day. Also we had to ask for shower Gell as the bottle in the bathroom was empty so no checking done by the cleaners.

Nice surroundings. Comfortable room

To be improved

We had to change rooms because the toilet wasn’t working but no apology or help from staff to change. We had arrived, unpacked everything and would have stayed in the room but there was no maintenance staff available to fix the problem. The seemed reluctant to change the room but we could not stay in a room with no flushing toilet.
