“A nice hotel”
Clean, nice decor. Very helpful staff. Good breakfast. Close to Dali Theatre Museum and downtown restaurants.
“This hotel deserves no more than 2 or 3 stars”
Sercotel President is the worst 4-star hotel we’ve ever stayed in anywhere in the world (and we’ve travelled far and wide). It should be rated 2 stars – 3 at most. The parking arrangement, where you’re left to locate an anonymous garage door in a side street behind the hotel, is anything but user-friendly. And €18 per night is downright outrageous. The reception staff were unsmiling and inefficient. Within five minutes, the receptionist managed to give us two pieces of incorrect information. The restaurant she recommended was closed. And tickets for the Dalí Museum do not need to be booked online in the low season – you can simply buy them at the ticket desk. The room was worn and gloomy. The so-called terrace felt more like a prison yard. Worst of all were the paper-thin walls, which mean you’re woken up whenever neighbouring guests come home late or leave very early. On the plus side, the hotel is well located near the town centre and the Dalí Museum. The bathroom, with its selection of toiletries, worked just fine.
“Clean, friendly, affordable, convenient”
This is a very nice hotel. It is clean, convenient, and the staff is super friendly and speak English. The only drawback is the parking garage is very tight, and unsuitable for large cars or vans. Lots of tasty restaurants, and the Dalí museum, are within easy walking distance.
“Good size room, good location, parking available next to the hotel. · Cons: Rooms require renovation. There is no coffee or tea facility in the room. It is not possible to gat boiling water in hotel after breakfast time.”

“Top!”
I had a wonderful stay at this peaceful and very clean hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The room was spotless, the atmosphere calm, and the breakfast was fresh, tasty, and offered a nice variety. I really appreciated the excellent service and would definitely return!
“Old hotel poor experience”
The room was spacious and clean but smelly and the furniture old and unkept. Breakfast decent. This should be rated at the most as a 3 star- the 4 star rating is misleading.
