There was no shampoo, only shower gel. Also the instructions were a bit scary, saying that I should not open the door if some strangers keep knocking. What strangers were supposed to come?

Location to the Camino Route

This was the only 4 star hotel we used during the Camino and it stood out for being so poor . Even a basic hostel offered us water on coming into the accommodation especially as it was 40 C outside - But nothing here . The room had a smell of drains : no fridge and uncomfortable beds . We had booked the room with breakfast but due to heat were leaving at 5am so no breakfast was available . We could not even be given a bottle of water or a piece of fruit . Poor service and not worth the money
