The best

My room was very clean an cosy, the bed was really comfy. The entire hotel has a subtle fresh scent, I like that. The hotel is located in the historical centre of Orihuela with various restaurants around and at walking distance from the train station. I only stayed one night.

To be improved

I did not like the view from my room: a wall, but it was not a big issue for a one-night stay. I hate that fact that the water in the shower is not cold, but I know this has nothing to do with the hotel, it is something normal in the Mediterranean region during summer.

- The receptionist was very helpful, suggesting places to eat nearby - The room was perfect after a day of travel. It was clean and tidy throughout - The entrance is pretty

“Don't believe the description - there is no parking. Everything else is not worth that kind of money”

🚫 There is NO parking at all – not even paid – so the listing is misleading. 🚿 The shower water constantly switches between hot and cold, with no stable pressure – it’s really hard to take a proper shower. 🌟 This is not a 4-star hotel. The room has no soundproofing and is very noisy. Even with the windows closed, loud parrots start screaming at 6 a.m. – sleeping in is impossible. 🏨 The room is completely bare: no bathrobes, no kettle or tea/coffee, not even a toilet brush. ❗️I have no idea who rated this place 4 stars – it’s simply not true. 🛏️ The beds slide apart! I nearly fell between them during the night because they don’t stay together. 🪑 And overall, the furniture is a bit "tired" – chipped corners on cabinets and tables. 💸 The price does not match the quality at all.
