“More 3 star”
Great views, great location. We were top floor level 8. We booked 'De Lux' room. Very small with a stink from bathroom drains.Sliding doors don't stop wind from howling in and something banging and rattling on roof all night so bad sleep all week. Breakfast limited and stone cold. Tiny tiny pool with only 12 sun loungers. Only positives are friendly staff and location/views. Wouldn't recommend.
“Not value for money”
The dinner was the only real highlight, along with the comfortable beds BUT If there are two guests per room, it seems rather mean to provide only a small complimentary bottle of water. Rooms are so tiny that you could barely move around. No proper space to store suitcases, clothes or personal belongings. We emailed the manager — who neither replied nor acknowledged our message — and also spoke to someone at reception. Eventually, we were provided with a clothes rail and a folding stool for the suitcase. At breakfast, we — along with other guests — experienced daily problems with the breakfast machines. They were either broken or not functioning properly. The selection is not great. The small croissants were tasteless, and the bacon was undercooked. The swimming pool is extremely small, essentially the size of a double bath in an average home. To make matters worse, there are only 11 sunbeds, and we were never able to use them. Finally, it is quite unreasonable that during a seven-night stay we were restricted to a single small menu, from which we were limited to choosing just one starter and one main course. The service was poor and, at times, rude. The only person who truly made a positive difference was a lady named Bianca, who understood the situation and handled it with professionalism and courtesy. Overall, the price simply does not reflect the value offered. We paid almost €4,000 for our stay, and the experience fell far short of what one would reasonably expect for that amount
“Great”
Amazing hotel with swimming pool on the roof. Great food and service. They allowed us to leave the suitcases and go wonder around before checking in and after check out. So happy
“Good”
The tanning beds
No kettle in the room
“Nice for a short vacation as long as the weather is good. Really nice staff.”
Nice place, really pretty room but rly windy so it was a little bit cold especially during the night (much better weather in the south).
The breakfast could have been better, the pool wasnt rly big and not many sunbeds. There was no big mirror in the room.
“Professional Misconduct and Substandard Room Conditions”
To the Management Team, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my stay on 16/01 to 17/01. As a guest at an establishment of this caliber, I expected a seamless experience; instead, I encountered a level of service and room maintenance that was entirely unacceptable. My primary grievance concerns the conduct of a staff member named Silvia. Despite having been explicitly assured by the evening reception staff that breakfast was included, I was approached by a server that asked me to sign a paper since i have no breakfast included, so i decided to go and check with the reception there I found Silvia at 07:10 AM in a confrontational and dismissive manner. When I attempted to explain the information I had been given, she redirected the blame onto me, stating it was my responsibility to check my booking and that it was "not their job" to inform me of my inclusions. This interaction was not only unprofessional but deeply embarrassing, as it occurred in front of other guests, effectively making me feel like a "hustler" over a simple breakfast service. This lack of decorum and hostility is inexcusable in a luxury hospitality environment. Furthermore, the physical state of the room was inadequate with The room was uncomfortably cold, which prevented a restful night’s sleep. Then Neglected Maintenance that the lighting in both the shower and closet areas flickered constantly—a basic maintenance issue that should have been resolved long before my arrival finally Poor Acoustics that Despite paying a premium rate for a room on the pedestrian street, the windows provided zero noise insulation. Being subjected to street noise throughout the night is not the standard I expected.
