“A rare gem”

What a gem of a hotel in a lovely part of Madrid.Amazing value for money and the best part of this outstanding experience were the lovely staff who were happy to greet their customers with a smile and welcome.Unusual to see in this day and age.I spend most of my time in hotels throughout the world but Silvia,Natalia,Iratxe and Oscar were exemplary with their customer service and a credit to the hotel chain. Congratulations to you all and thank you for making my stay wonderful and unforgettable .God bless you all Spencer

“Nice hotel”

The breakfast was good. The hotel was close to the bus station for the bus that takes you to Barcelona city.

To be improved

It was a bit expensive for the value but at the time there were some conferences happening in nearby so it was full and this made it a bit more expensive than normal.

“Isolated building, bad hotel”

A dark and smelly corridor The room had not be aired for a long time, a terrible sewer smell coming from the bathroom it was impossible to sleep in these conditions, I gad to sleep with the window open, I was bitten by mosquitoes. At 5:30 the light woke me up, so I couldn't sleep anymore. In tge evening we tried to have dinner in the restaurant, the food was horrible and we left almost everything on the plate, we went to bed without eating. In a 4 stars hotel and at the price we paid :€240/night, they didn't ecen offer us a complimentary bottle of water. The parking is inconvenient, it has no communication through the hotel, it's in a adjacent building. There is no help with luggage.

Breakfast was good, a good variety of products and the service very attentive .

A very bad smell ( sewage) in the bathroom , spreadind all over the room. We had to sleep with windows open, was impossible to stand the smell. Corridors- very dark and bad smell also. Food in restaurant: very bad. At the price we paid:€240/night we even did not receive one bottle of water...only by payment...all the hotels offer free one bottle of water
