The staff at the reception was very friendly. Quick checkin.

To be improved

Too much noise in the evening and early mornings. You can hear everything from the other rooms and the corridor. There is no noise isolation.

Room service or pool or staff and reception staff is very helping · Cons: Location I don’t like area near of hotel…..about breakfast is same everyday 😣 even Saturday or Sunday is same😫 not many options for vegetarian 🥹🥹and the last thing we have a mini bar like mini fridge in our room if u eat or drink anything from that fridge u need to pay that thing on check out time…. Idk about that before hotel booking….”

“Check facilities with hotel”

The best

I have recently returned from this hotel. The bedrooms and public areas are very comfortable and the staff were very helpful. It is located in an industrial/ business area. There are no shops or amenities near by. There a number of restaurants within a 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel, but it is a very quiet area and with most restaurants not open until after 20.00 the thought of walking to them in the dark was not very appealing. There are restaurants that deliver via the usual delivery services. We used this option and the hotel provided cutlery We picked this hotel as it was near to the airport and advertised that it had a bar and a restaurant that served breakfast and dinner, specialising in Mediterranean cuisine, and it was within our budget. We weren't intending to go out to eat as we had travelled from the Costa Brava arriving late afternoon and had an early check-in at the airport this morning. When we arrived we were informed that the bar was available from 19.00 but only for coffee and that they didn't have the restaurant anymore!. This is very much a business hotel and has plenty of facilities for the business person. It is very clean, warm and comfortable. Overall it was a very comfortable stay, but if I stay at an airport hotel again, I will contact the hotel to confirm that the facilities advertised are available.

Overall, it was a good experience. The exterior of the hotel looks uninviting--like a Soviet era office building or a university dormitory--so much so that our Uber driver was a bit concerned about our safety, as it is located in an industrial neighborhood. However, the lobby and breakfast area were great, as was the room. The real negative was the horribly stained carpet by the elevator on our floor--it was really shocking how dirty it was. It made us concerned about the cleanliness of our room, but it turned out that our room was fine. We walked to a great Peruvian restaurant in a nearby residential area which was really good.

“Staff made my stay perfect!”

The best

Food was great and the place is awesome. People from buffet is kind and warm. Jesus from the reception was great, accommodate us warmly when we arrived early morning at the hotel. This guy is a plus to this hotel.
