Fabulously central , clean rooms . Balcony on street but no noise as well double glazed. Adequate breakfast and very reasonable price. A very welcoming and helpful lady on reception great service

Approx 25mins from airport in taxi cost around 26 euros. Fab location for city and attractions. 5 -10 walk to plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. Room was small but had everything we needed. Hairdryer, complementary tea, coffee, shower gel, soap etc. Even had toothbrush, toothpaste & shower cap. Nice towels & bedding but need extra pillows. Good mini bar & reasonably priced. Good choice of breakfast although the hot selection wasnt very warm. Really disappointed with the bathroom, badly in need of a refurb. Taped up bath, repaired holes and badly marked. Shame, as the rest of the hotel was nice.

Location is perfect, 10min easy walk from station (train from airport also around 10 mins). Basic clean room on 3rd floor, sometimes noisy but we did so much walking we were tired so didn't keep us awake. Large comfortable bed, could do with more pillows but we could've asked. Powerful hot shower, warm with fan on. Would stay again. Excellent value and location. Staff friendly polite and efficient.

I stayed for 4 nights in mid-January on a flight & hotel deal with Jet2. I paid £359 for bed & breakfast. It's a fairly typical budget city hotel. I was happy with the value overall. I would rate it 3 and a half stars. The hotel was clean and functional. (Though note - the large flat screen TV didn't have a remote control - I didn't watch any TV during my stay). My room was pretty small (as I expected, see the photos), no view from the small window. Though the toilet and shower room was larger than expected, that was nicely spacious, see photos. Wifi worked OK in my room (402). Staff were friendly and helpful. I was allowed to grab an early breakfast on my departure day and this was appreciated. Breakfasts were good but not exceptional; the cooked options were lukewarm and sometimes overcooked (and sometimes undercooked). Continental breakfasts were good, lovely breads, cakes and pastries. Serrano and York ham slices, turkey ham, two cheeses (plus cream cheese). 4 fresh fruit juices, detox water; and the coffee machine worked fine. There was a selection of fresh fruit and the usual yoghurt and cereals, plus conserves and honey. Location was pretty good in my opinion. It's around 5 minutes walk to the Plaza de la Constitution, 7 minutes to the main shopping street, and 15 to 20 minutes to the Tourist Office on Almeda Principal opposite the port (plaza de Marina). Around 10 minutes walk to the super mercado covered market. There are plenty of bars, cafes and restaurants (Globo and Hierbabuena just round the corner, others within minutes of the hotel). I wouldn't object to staying here again.

I srayed there in January. The heating worked extremely well, I slept well and I was rested. When I turned on the 24 degrees heat in the room, it was really 24 degrees. In some hotels, I set it to 24 degrees for nothing bcs they don't do more than 21 degrees usually. The heating system in the room was silent, and I didn't need to keep it on for more than 3 hours in the evening. Lately I started to prefer 4 stars over 3 stars when I don't travel in the summer because of this problem with the heating, but we chose it for the location and the heating worked efficiently. It wasn't cold in the bathroom when I took showers either, so if you have problems with the cold like me, this hotel is an excellent choice. The room was clean and the staff was friendly and polite. The breakfast was very good (much better than what some 3-star hotels offer sometimes) - vegetarian tasty options were also available. If you're a traveler and looking for a trip to Gibraltar, there is a departure point in front of Malaga City Hall, which is a 15-minute walk from the hotel.
