“Good Location but Hotel condition looking tired”
The best

The Hotel is in a great location for travellers, close to the motorway and a nice walk across the river into Town. Stayed many times. However, the Hotel Rooms are beginning to look tired and scruffy (holes in the carpet). Our non-smoking room, definitely smelt quite strongly of stale cigarette.
