Love, love, love this villa (wish I lived here permanently). The villa itself is exceptional and luxurious. The views of the sea are breathtaking. I will most definitely be back here.

Rebuen and Kelly were excellent with all our needs and queries. They were welcoming and helpful and I would highly recommend booking with them. The Villa was lovely throughout and the new glazing on the patio was excellent for the evenings as it was a little breezy when we visited mid March and the sea view was great to sit and drink our morning coffee and have breakfast to. The front patio was also a real sun trap and enclosed so was lovely on the windy days. As regular visitors to the island this will certainly be a villa we check first for availability

Amazing Just returned from a weeks stay at Serena Luxury House (Jan 2025). This villa offers pure tranquillity! The Villa and pool are beautiful along with a fantastic sea view. On arrival the villa was absolutely spotless, it has been well maintained and is very new throughout!, however if we had to be picky and find a negative it would be that The Villa would massively benefit from having the pool heated in the winter months. It is situated on the edge of Caleta De Fuste and I would highly recommend hiring a car. There’s plenty of parking space at the front of the house. The host Ruben was extremely helpful and nothing was a problem for him. The neighbours are residents which contributes to the area being so peaceful and respectful. The huge TV proved a little tricky so we connected through our data on our mobiles. We used Netflix/you tube apps to have movie nights. We loved it so much that we have booked to return later in the year to the same place. Thank you Serena luxury house, Best holiday ever!

I loved the sea view. It was lovely sitting on the terrace area having breakfast and lunch. The pool was spotless and we had a swim every day . Plenty of areas to sunbathe. We could sit out the front of the villa when breeze was high from the sea

This is a relatively newly built villa to an abnormally high specification. The Villa was spotlessly clean and larger than we had envisaged which enjoys a lovely sea view. The beds were extremely comfortable, kitchen great and lounge / inside dining area spot on with a huge flat screen TV. This Villa is well located just outside of the main town, however quiet, private and had all the facilities that we needed. Lovely clean pool with lots of space for sunbathing. Positioned perfectly for morning sunrises as well as enjoying the sun all day - Superb. Ruben the Villa manager was excellent ensuring he met us at the property when we arrived to provide keys and a quick initiation of the Villa as well as a list of recommended restaurants locally. We as a family have always gravitated to Villa holidays and this Villa has been one of the best we have enjoyed.
