Quiet location centrally in the Nervion area. Nice to have a fridge, plates etc. in the apartment.

To be improved

Quite expensive, especially regarding the quality of the Apartment / interior with several small problems.

Very good location, very new and in general very clean. Spacious apartment.

To be improved

Appliance lights in the room are very bright at night (exit sign etc). You can hear everything through the walls. Shower floor was slightly dirty. You can’t properly open the windows.

Good location, firm mattress, good communication and value for money.

Walls are thinner so you can hear neighbors and also fridge was quite noisy. But all of this was manageable.

“perfect for family of 3, clean, reasonable price, strategic location”

we like everything about this property. the size is medium, not to big and not to small. located on the ground floor, on the side of the road. perfect to accommodate 2 adults and 1 kid. the apartment has 1 king bed and 1 sofa bed, equipped with netflix and youtube streaming facilities. fridge, microwave, stove, sink with dish soap, washing machine with detergent, hairdryer, even coffee machine with coffee capsule. located near bus stop, tram, and metro station. we’ll definitely stay here again if we go back to sevilla.
