The apartment was very comfortable and clean. Great location. Loved the neighborhood.

To be improved

The elevator reeked of urine. The maintenance person tried to clean it but every morning it smelled awful. The only thing we didn’t like.

Good location in a lively street and neighbourhood, metro stop very close, easy communication with the host and their flexibility, some welcome details (sweets, sodas), has everything you might need

To be improved

The apartment is nice and comfortable but looks a bit less modern than in the photos and some items (kitchen counter, closet, pictures) are somewhat worn-out. All windows go to inner yard

The best

Near city center Metro stop 10 minutes walk away Apartment person Gem of a Person allowed us to keep our luggage as we arrived before check-in time. Good facilities in Apartment. Though he speaks only Spanish he explained all details very well by phone translation. Had keep a free hamper with tea,coffee, drinks and eatables.

To be improved

Locality seems bit unsafe in early and late hours,though we did not have any problem as such. Bathroom is bit too compact. Washbasin inside Bathroom is very small. Lift doesn't stop at Apartment floor so you have to take half a flight of stairs up or down which are wooden and seems slippery.
