The apartment was very clean on arrival.

To be improved

the day before we arrived we were told the air conditioning was not working but they were trying to sort. it was 40 deg. we were provided with 3 fans for the bedrooms but the entire apartment was BOILING. we had no relief from the extreme heat. the host tried to sort the problem out but told us the owners were not willing to fix the aircon and they were ignoring her calls. we had to leave this apartment and go somewhere else. it was awful and too uncomfortable. we knew nobody was coming to fix the aircon. so disappointing and extremely stressful. We arrived late at night and the given address did not take us to the front entrance of the apartments so we were a little lost! Essential provisions like water were not provided for a late arrival which should be standard when a family with young children arrives in the night. There were no sunbeds or chairs by the swimming pool. very odd. The baby pool had no water in it and was out of use completely. The front gate was propped open with a rock to let anyone come in and out and use the pool. There was a big sign on the gate as you walked in the grounds saying no tourists can stay here, just residential. a rubbish start to our family holiday.
