The location walking distance to many things The room with terrace with a view helped us relax at night The office staff were welcoming and kind

We could here all the road noise- window panes should be doubled Cleaning staff was rude to my daughter she gave us a dirty towel when changing all towels in the room and when we asked for another one she was rude. She also refused to provide water bottles which she said we are not entitled to and have to ask the reception.

“Great, but pretty hot”
The best

The location is amazing, a few minutes walk to Plaça Catalunya. The view from the room with terrace is very beautiful! The room is exactly alike to the pictures, has a fridge and safe-box. There’s tea, coffee, water and biscuits available. Room is clean, the towels get changed daily if you need it. The stuff is friendly!

To be improved

The terrace wasn’t cleaned, and the AC wasn’t cooling at all. I texted the gentleman on reception, he told me someone was coming, but unfortunately we didn’t get any help during the whole time of our stay.
