The location is really good. It’s the best thing about this place.

It’s not clean, very outdated and the AC has one controller for the whole house. And even after 10 days and leaving the property as it was we didn’t get our deposit back. It’s doesn’t reach GCC countries standards at all.

The neighbourhood was great, very quiet and neat. Also the temperature in the apartment was so good you didn’t even need AC all the time.

To be improved

There was a bit of a problem with the hot water, took a lot of time to come out and you had to wait. Other down aspects were that there was no cleaning service, and no extra towels for a long stay as ours, which was 5 nights.

Property was fantastic was location, very clean.

Would not recommend for big stag groups. Was made very uncomfortable, told numerous times we might get thrown out the apartments for making too much noise even though it was literally a few drinks by the pool.

The best

Great property that is just outside of Puerto Banus. Both the house and apartment we stayed at were clean, spacious and had everything we need. Staff were always polite and responded quickly.
