“Unpleasant as an experience”

The best

The place was clean and charming—perfect for a family stay. There were plenty of pools, entertainment, and activities for kids. The food was varied and tasty, though not always fresh, but overall it offered good value for money.

To be improved

There were several things I didn’t like: – The staff at the hotel were generally unkind and unhelpful. Don’t expect a warm welcome. One woman working the night shift at the reception was raciste and particularly unpleasant and showed discriminatory behavior. – The room with a balcony was disappointing—it faced a large wall and some trash bins. I requested to change rooms and offered to pay for an upgrade, but the same receptionist rudely declined. – The hotel was extremely noisy due to the large number of children, which made it hard to relax.

“Fabulous hotel that would suit couples and families”

The best

Beautiful hotel with gorgeous views, food was lovely and a good variety to choose from. Lots of swimming pools and bars located in the hotel including 2 adults only pools.

To be improved

Some of the all inclusive drinks weren't great. I would definitely go all inclusive plus next time

“We Loved it, great food, very clean rooms, pools and ground, but pigeons need to be controlled.”

Food was fantastic and fresh everyday. Our apartment was really clean and walkways around the hotel cleaned daily and only one problem was pigeons at the pool outdoor eating area with droppings all over floor and pigeons on tables, even with the excellent staff cleaning all the time it was slightly uncomfortable when eating with so many pigeons. Apart from that, the hotel was perfect.

The best

The whole hotel was clean. Plenty of spaces to chill in the sun away from the pool, snooker tables dotted around the bars and they showed the football on the big screen. Spacious rooms, great facilities (gym and spa), multiple pools slightly heated. Never had to fight for a sun lounger in a good spot, adults only areas, self service soft drinks/beer/wine which was amazing as could Grab one walking past as they are dotted all over so never had to walk far, cocktails on all inclusive really good. We stayed in May and it wasn’t over run with kids like most reviews said. Location was great - beach close by, you do have to walk down 600 steps to get to it (I counted on the way back up) or get a taxi.. all staff are so so friendly and the animation team for the kids are always doing something (pool activities, competitions, kids clubs), even got the adults involved in water basketball and a few games around the pool. Food was what you expect at all inclusive, loads of choices and the staff were always working to clear tables and get food replenished quickly. Oh and when we checked in they took our information including date of birth, and on my partners birthday we arrived into the room and found a bottle of champagne with a lovely note! We never even mentioned it was a birthday, but the fact they took note and done this as a surprise was so thoughtful!

To be improved

It’s so hard to find something negative but only thing I could think of was maybe some more evening entertainment for adults. But even that was a stretch as they did have occasional things on like a magic show or saxophone player, it just seemed to last an hour then be done

The hotel is clean and modern. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The choice and quality of the food and drinks is very good. The pool is clean and suited for kids. There are a lot of activities for both children and adults. A nice animation team. And beautiful views from everywhere in the hotel. Overall it is a very good value for money.
