Servatur Terrazamar Sun Suite

Stayed here for Paddy's week with awful weather for the week, room was spotless and cleaned often, staff at reception were lovely but our saviour that week was Jose at the terrazamar pool bar, weather was so bad we couldn't leave the place for 2 days, Jose moved our tables under the big gazebo, got absolutely drenched had to change his clothes but still had a smile on his face, played what music we asked for and really is a credit to your team, without his efforts we would have been stuck in our room for 2 days over the rain. Thank you so much Jose for all your efforts

Currently here. First night. Hot water lasts about 5 mins. Had someone out and been told we get 30ltrs of hot water. Trying to contact jet 2 to be moved.

We arrived on Thursday 19th March for 1 week. We have stayed here before as its in a good spot. We were put lower down this time 1107 . We had to get the toilet fixed on the 2nd day as it wasn't flushing. Dealt with promptly. Our apartment was very shabby. The lack of spending and upgrading these apartments is really becoming obvious now. The bathroom was very shabby and dirty. Our shower cubicle wasn't cleaned all week. The drain cover in the shower was missing so you had to be careful you didn't catch your toe in it. I lost the top to my shampoo down there never to be seen again. We hadn't had a change of bed linen by the Tuesday so I went to reception to ask if we would actually get any clean linen at all that week. The woman on reception said she would speak to housekeeping so we thought we might get clean sheets the next day before we went home but alas no that didn't happen. The Housekeeping was appalling. On 1 day all they did was empty the bin and put a toilet roll in the bathroom. A tile fell off the wall in the terrace area. That was still laying there broken when we left. We would say that the Terrazemar is a 1 star not 3. Its certainly not 1 star prices though. There was problems with the WiFi for the last few days. Strangely the WiFi was fine everywhere else. Lack of spending and upgrading like other hotels have done really shows now and we will certainly never stay there again. It ruined our holiday a bit having a dirty bathroom and appalling housekeeping. The prices are high but the standards are not.

Just finished a 2 week stay at Servatur Royal. Floor 2. I would rate it as a good quality 3 star apartment. We had a classic apartment with a large balcony. The kitchen and bathroom were good. Always had hot water even when the weather was bad. Kitchen had a good kettle and toaster. 2 rings on hob adequate for basic cooking, also a microwave. The terrace was great, sun until5.00pm. 2 sunbeds and 3 chairs. Nice view down to Puerto Rico commercial centre. Due to the really heavy rain in our first week some rooms had leaks as did the corridors. Ours fortunately didn't. Though a fair bit of paint was falling off on the balcony as well as a large tile off the wall. Room cleaning has been good, 5 times a week. Fresh towels when wanted. AC in bed room only but good quality machine. Safe in room free of charge. You have to pay for pool towels. 10 euros per week can change every 2 days. 10 euro deposit. Pool ares good though Royal pool not open until June. Bakery and bar and shop decent. Prices not too bad for a hotel. Four lifts down to commercial centre not bad once you get used to it. Over all we had a good time for a reasonable cost.

Second time at these apartments, stayed in Royal first time, this time Sunsuites. Can't fault this place for location. Very clean and staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms lovely but do prefer the Royal. Pool is not heated, cold when you first get into it then its okay. We upgraded to breakfast whilst we were there, they had an offer on for 6 euro a day but you book for the full time you are there. Breakfast was lovely from continental to full english, well worth the money. There is a little shop, a pub and a bakery which also sells meals and you can takeaway too. We have already booked to come back in August for 2 weeks staying at the Royal, can't wait!

Stayed in a Royal suite room, which had a massive balcony, with two really comfortable sunbeds, a table & two really comfortable chairs. View is great. Ok, it could do with a lick of paint in places but on the whole for the money paid, it was great. We used 4 lifts to get down to the centre of Puerto Rico, which was great. Takes about 20 mins to reach the Commercial Centre. The new Mogan Mall is very close & has some nice quality shops. You can walk to the harbour in about 30 mins, where you can catch the ferry boats to various places, including Mogan & the lovely authentic fishing port called Puerto de Arguineguin. Would definitely recommend for some sunshine in late February.
