“I would not recommend this hotel.”
We (a family of 4) stayed there for a week in April 2026. The reception staff (except one with birthday on 18th april) were unfriendly, unwelcoming and grumpy, which negatively affected the overall experience. On the other hand, the staff responsible for activities were friendly and helpful. The food was acceptable, but the hygiene standards were poor. The plastic glasses, plates, and cups—especially in the snack area and the canteen—often appeared unclean. Switching to ceramic alternatives could improve this. Room service was satisfactory. However, after checking out, I realized I had left some documents behind. I tried contacting the hotel by phone, but the customer service was very disappointing. I also sent an email and never received a response. Overall, based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel.
“Everything for everyone!”
Great place to spend week or two. Most we liked was many nice activities. Everything worked very good and if not it was fixed fastly. Food and drinks tasted well. Taking foods and drinks was well organized. We want to give special thanks to: Reseption Fernando, Maintenance Kevin, and last but defenately not least Entertainment the Super funny guy Marcos and whole cleaning group. We will come back, Crasias!
“Nice stay, good location, tired property”
Considering how busy this hotel is the money being spent in the up keep and modernisation of this hotel is minimal. The hotel is tired and needs some care. The reception floor is all lifting and the paintwork is scuffed and dirty doesn't give good first impression. The rooms are Ok very clean and good cleaning staff keep everything clean daily. The rooms were quiet and well sound proofed. There is nothing luxurious about it compared to neighbouring hotels, the seating are all like old metal school chairs and tables in the lounge. The breakfast has a good selection to suit all, but the english breakfast cooked items are just luke warm every day. Many guests who were not All inclusive and easily helped them selves to the service points for free drinks and lunch through the day. On the whole this hotel is doing well attracting holiday makers without Servatur investing in the property.
“Cannot wait to return!”
Had the most amazing week in Feb 2026. Party of 6, for some of us first time and some 5th visit to Waikiki. A huge thank you to the fabulous Coleen, for the amazing stretch classes and tips on keeping flexible and youthful. Variety of food and drinks on the all inclusive package was spot on! Thank you to the whole team, for looking after us. We will be back and look forward to it x
“Relaxing holiday just what we needed”
Me and my 10 year old are just nearing the end of our week long stay here. I was a bit nervous having read the recent reviews however the hotel is clean and tidy. The cleaners come in every day, some say the hotel is dated but I would say traditional and basic and I spent minimal time in the room. There is plenty of food to choose from every day, my daughter loves the chocolate and pancakes, waffles, churros daily. It’s 10 minute walk to the beach and all the gift shops and restaurants, there’s also a supermarket and gift shop a stones throw from the hotel. There are loads of sunbeds and we never had to come out early to get one. There’s a little park so my daughter was able to go off and play and meet up with the various friends she made. There is entertainment round the pool every day, bingo, water aerobics and stuff for the kids. I felt for us the hotel was small enough my daughter was never far. My main things that could be better, fridge and tea/coffee making facilities in the room, the sunbeds are really annoying because you get it into position, sit down and it flips back up 🤣 but anyway small things. We had a fab stay and would definitely come again.
“Week in Waikiki”
We visited the Waikiki for the 6th time at the beginning of this month. However, it was the first time since 2019. The hotel rooms are a bit tired, however we found ours clean and well looked after all week. The furniture fixtures and fittings all need updating. This did not impact on our stay. The domestic staff and reception staff were lovely. The food was good and we found something to enjoy at every meal. On the whole we had a lovely holiday until the last evening. A loud, aggressive barman shouted at a group of customers including myself, apparently we were not queuing to his satisfaction. I didn't appreciate the waving of his arms or his tone. So unfortunately it will be our last visit.
