The floor were covered with ants just after few minutes we moved in, the bedding sets had a strange smell like they were washed a long time ago, the doors from the balcony not locking.In the bathroom was a very strong smell of bleach.

“Great location but very overpriced”

The location is amazing as it is walking distance to the lovely beach and also to a few local restaurants and shops. Parking is pretty easy too

To be improved

The property is overpriced, in comparison we stayed at a 4 star hotel in Porto Cristo with breakfast included for much cheaper. Although the place is clean, the bathroom needs updating. The staff were helpful both on WhatsApp and Booking.com chat leading up to the stay, however, I messaged them on both platforms during our stay and was ignored both times. I found it astonishing that for the price they couldn’t even provide hand soap and shower gel! Additionally, if we want a quiet place to stay this is not a good place as there are lots of kids who played football and weee shouting outside our room.

“The location is amazing as you a couple of minutes walk to the most beautiful cove, Cala Anguila. Café alegre next door is perfect for breakfast and light meals in a lovely chilled atmosphere. The apartment was simple, no frills, but perfectly clean and comfortable. It had all we needed for making lunches on the balcony overlooking the pool area. There are lots of nice beaches to explore around the area, Porto cristo was a gorgeous port town only 10 minutes drive with plenty of good restaurant options. It is a quiet complex since there are only around 16 apartments. All in all we would happily return. · Cons: The pool area could do with a little refresh but it was good enough to cool us off after a warm day exploring.”
