“Comfortable, central and lovely staff!”
The best

I had a fantastic stay! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the main street and felt very safe, which was important as a solo traveller. The bed was super comfortable, and the service truly stood out. A big thank you to Ona at reception for being so lovely and helpful—she went above and beyond, from holding my bags after check-out to lending me a beach umbrella and giving great restaurant tips. Communication with both Ona and Milen was excellent—always quick and helpful. Highly recommend!

“Friendly staff, easy self check-in if you get in touch early, very comfortable bed. Not a loud street, and really easy walking distance to all the main attractions in town. Great terrace on the roof with nice views. Huge bathroom, lots of hot water. · Cons: You’ll probably have to park 10 or 15 minutes walk away if you drove a rental car. No breakfast. The fan in the room was on the fritz and stopped working. But I’d gladly stay here again.”

The best

Lovely stylish hotel. Great roof terrace overlooking Ciutadella city. The location is perfect for getting all around the city. The staff were really lovely and so helpful. They made my stay perfect. Thank you so much.

To be improved

Everything was great but maybe some shaded cover area on the roof terrace as even in late May the sun was getting very hot.
