access into building didn't work. relied on other people to get in. spent 20 mins outside one night because door unable to open. outside area for WiFi very poor and you need WiFi to get in. No information available to use heating, washing machine, microwave or cooker, which is usually available. when telephoned urban hosts unable to assist. No information for any local facilities. when contacted urban host for taxi, a number was provided, when called taxi was told we needed a street name, contacted urban host again to ask for street name was basically told it's correct address and don't know what else to do, no offer of assistance to call taxi company and converse in Spanish as our Spanish is limited. electrical sockets in rooms were coming away from the walls, hesitant to use a couple, shower was also leaking. Not even a complimentary bottle of water provided. Towels provided inadequate and small. Curtain in living room missing off the track.

The noise from the surroundings, I mean from surrounding apartments.
