“Good location but a lot to improve”

Very mean hosts. Only 4 toilet roll for 5 people 3 nights. No bin bags. House needs a bit of maintenance i.e. broken tiles, oven not working, AC not working, only 1 pair of keys for 5 people. And didn't say anything about the floor intercom not working. Also, I don't know how legal is to have a security camera recording in the flat. It's pointing to the corridor gate, but inside. So it could record the conversations, etc.

“Good location”

The best

This apartment is in a really good location and close to cafes and restaurants. Nice and quiet on the second floor which has lift access. The size of the apartment is great we were a family of five, 3 adults and two babies.

To be improved

This apartment would be great if there was more attention to detail. The shower had mould in the base around the frame and grout. There was a lack of equipment in the kitchen, only two mugs and no teaspoons. Plates had been put back in the cupboard wet Picking up the keys and communication was a hassle. The lady who met us at the apartment spoke no English whatsoever, so that's not great if you are not Spanish! Parking is onsite and we were charged 54 Euros for three nights which was more than we were expecting.

The apartment is very spacious for family stay, 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. Check- in is very easy.

The best

The apartment was huge!!! It had everything we needed, and then some! You can visit the whole old part of Seville by foot, and the bus stations are also close so... There are a lot of bars and restaurants near by! Communication with the owners was more than great. Would definitely recommend it to everybody!

To be improved

Dont know if it was our fault, but one room was very cold compared to the rest of the apartment, so it was not very comfortable sleeping in ti ( maybe we did not know how to adjust the air condition ), other than that...
