I wasn’t aware the code was the only way to enter when I booked. I got locked out when my phone died since I hadn’t written it down. A key would’ve been preferable, though I see how the code simplifies self-check-in, except they initially gave me the wrong one, so I had to call.

This accommodation is on the bottom of a block. Think it was probably a converted shop and goes straight out onto the square. Windows have metal shutters on and only muslin curtains so if you had light on in evening felt needed to shut shutters and then no natural light. The room is very open even to the bed so felt exposed. Bathroom sometimes smelt of sewage

Better instructions on the use of the washer/dryer would have been helpful (I found a Utube video that explained the symbols and operation, then referred to Spanish installation/operation manual). Hot water for showers were limited. It was hard to find someplace to eat close-by before 8 pm.

The apartment is located on the ground floor - what it means is you hear all the noise from outside in the morning. The walls separating apartments are super thin and you can hear conversations word by word. There are some serious issues with the plumbing. The water was not going down in the sink, and there was a terrible odour coming out of the drains every few days. We had to buy our own product to improve the situation. Every time someone above you uses their bathroom you hear very loud banging noises. If it rains you get a constant loud clicking. We were there for 5 nights and we couldn't get a good night of sleep even once.
