“A good value modern apartment with a few issues during our visit.”

A good value modern apartment which mainly met our needs. Our stay had three issues. 1. When we arrived late at night the apartment had not been cleaned from previous occupants with dirty sheets and towels on beds. After some communication challenges we were driven to a temporary accommodation for the first night ready to start the stay the following afternoon after the apartment had been cleaned. 2. A leaking kettle took 3 days to exchange. 3. The apartment is on the ground floor and has iron security bars on doors and windows. It occurred to us that in the event of a fire it would be impossible to escape without keys to the apartment doors and another for the front door. There were no fire escape signs . This is a potential fire safety issue especially as gas canisters were stored in a the apartment .

“Pleasant stay in Sevilla”

It was overall a good stay, the apartment was very clean and as advertised, the kitchen had all the facilities, the rooms and the beds were comfortable.

To be improved

We booked the apartment for 3 days and on the 1st day there was a lady knocking on the door saying that we had to leave by 11am. It was obviously a mistake. The neighbourhood was not very safe. We booked this flat because it mentioned it had parking, however the parking system was bizarre, at night the cars were parked in a way that was blocking other cars, which made us feel very uncomfortable, for sure there is an agreement between neighbours, but as visitors we do not know, and we were afraid of blocking someone who would have to leave early in the morning. You should mention in your advertisement that the parking is on a 1st come 1st served basis, so we had to park outside for two nights. Also

Parking situation was difficult both in carpark, residents blocking free spaces by double parking, and lack of free road spaces near apartment. The apartment is quite dark inside.
