Lovely duplex apartment with terrace in central Seville. Excellent restaurant below the apartment!

To be improved

I hadn't seen there was a deposit of £200 as I'd only booked for only one night at £36. I was in the apartment for less than 12 hours and their policy for returning the deposit is 8-18 days. I've not experienced this with any of the 60-odd bookings I've made before. I've been back a week and they've still got my money.

Great location, close to everything, comfortable bed, clean, air conditioning in both main area and bedroom

To be improved

For awareness the apartment is on 2 floors and has several steps to the living area, not a mark down just an awareness- we felt communication could have been a bit better, I had received a message to say about information needed but then limited responses and had to check on the morning of arrival how we would enter the apartment - the washing machine was broken which we hadn’t been advised, we had specifically booked an apartment with a machine as we are travelling with limited clothes we can carry, also quite limited kitchenware - 1 glass for drinks between 2 of us, little things like that but overall a good apartment

nice compact apartment . just right for two people. location was excellent and clean and well maintained.

To be improved

a few things could have made things better- Paper kitchen towels, basic kitchen items like salt pepper and a bit of cooking oil. the main light in the bedroom was not working. otherwise it was all good

“Location, cleanliness, terrace. · Cons: Very poor facilities, even the dishwashing detergent is in minimal quantities, there is no sponge for washing dishes. The hairdryer did not work. The bedroom has an internal window so it cannot be ventilated well and there is not enough light. The entrance to the bathroom is next to the bed in the bedroom, which means that if someone is sleeping in the living room they have to enter the bedroom and can wake up the sleeping person. Guests are asked to take out the trash themselves upon departure. Does the accommodation facility not have organized cleaning?”

“Good apartment, lack of guest service”

The best

Location was great, the apartment it self was good as well, having the terrace was a + with the beautiful weather, we just stayed 2 nights but it’s look like we have all what we needed in the apartment, information to have the access to the apartment was clear

To be improved

Communication with the owner, hard to have answered. Had to text every day to have my deposit back for 3 days with no real explanation why, reading messages with no answers … Or some questions before my stay with no answers
