Really loud creeky bed that woke me up a lot but still no complaints other than that, was good value for money and in a good place

Where to start? Disgusting smell the whole week Late check in, waiting outside for 45 mins. Super rude host Could not use the terrace to sit or eat as always occupied by staff doing the laundry Sudden Hot and cold water in the shower No change of towels in 7 nights No laundry use of facilities or laundry. No toilet paper ‘ Toiletries’ consist of 2 half empty bottles of dishwashing detergent Plates but no dish soap, place to watch or tea towel. Don’t come if your a single female or your not Russian The only verbal communication in person was what are you leaving tomorrow? Horrible and almost threatening experience. I would like to make a formal complaint.

Little space in the room. Very narrow space for using the toilet. The air conditioner can't heat, so we got a heater, because of which the fuse blew. There are some small things missing if you want to use anything for food or drinks in the accommodation. For example, a sponge or cloth for plates and bowls
