“Comfortable, but out of the way of most amenities”

The bed was super comfy, the pool fantastic, we had room service that we didn't expect. There was a cafetière! Big bonus. The bathroom was fantastic!

To be improved

We had to walk half an hour to collect the door key to get into the room upon arrival The nearest shop was a 20 minute walk away.

“Nice and quiet location. Lovely pool area for relaxing and you want to escape the busy Barcelona city centre area”

Great for a couple of nights pre-cruise. Nice residential area away from the busy city of Barcelona. Pool area lovely and quiet.

The new key card app system was a nightmare! Our key stopped working 4 or 5 times over the 2 days. I had to get maintenance or cleaners to let me in the room, on most occasions during the day time. Post 6pm this is a big problem though, as no one is on-site to do this! This meant I had to call the out of hours number to bring me a physical key (around 6pm) I kept thinking this would be a complete nightmare if it was in the middle of the night (after an evening out) The staff did kindly bring me a physical key card, but this took around 20 - 30 mins for them to travel from the out of office address! In theory the key app is a good idea but not practical if it keeps disabling the key to get into your room! Supermarkets are 1 - 1.2 miles away. No little convenience/corner shops in the area at all!

“Quiet out of centre apartment with good size pool”

The best

Quiet apartment with a good powerful shower. Basic kitchen and living space however adequate for what I needed. Polite and helpful staff during out of hours key collection.

To be improved

Key collection out of hours quite far away. Very helpful with directions to the property however wouldn’t be ideal with luggage.
