“A far-from-five-star experience with rue and unhappy staff, worn interiors and bad breakfast options”

This hotel is nowhere near five-star quality, and I feel betrayed by the misleading representation. The interior is very used and unsightly. Breakfast was awful, with no vegan options available. Every interaction with the reception and service staff was met with unfriendliness and rudeness, highlighting a severe lack of service orientation. The pool was small, had bad music, and featured ugly towels, adding to the overall unpleasant experience. Do your self a favor and stay away.

“Good hotel - and go to the park across the street”

The best

Good international hotel chain standards. The hotel is clean and the service is efficient. Rooms a spacious, good bathroom and good bed with a firm madress. Water was refilled every day and the room was very clean. Also a big shout out to all the house keepers who were all smiling and said hello in the hallway the made us feel very welcome. There is a roof top pool that looked very nice. The bar/restaurant at the top serves a lovely Aqua de Valencia. We stayed here for the half marathon and the hotel was very dedicated to adjust to the runners with early breakfast and protein bars. The breakfast buffet is huge with a lot of choices and eggs made to order wich was nice. Personally I would prepare less choice in the buffet but higher quality. But if you like a lot of choice this is the place for you. The location is good and do not cheat yourself from a walk in the park across the street. Make sure to turn left so you see the very fascinating museums and concert halls in the park.

“Wonderful”

Wonderful. ALL of the staff were exceedingly helpful - on reception, in the bar, in the restaurant, at breakfast, the housekeeping staff. The breakfast buffet was incredible - it would have been a struggle to find something that they didn't have. The pool area was very good, although a bit of heat in the pool would have been welcome ! Prices were very reasonable in the bar.

“Gorgeous friendly well located hotel”

Gorgeous hotel, staff are so welcoming and friendly, hotel is very clean, well located, great restaurants, big rooms, and pool/spa facilities are a lovely extra touch (there is a €35 charge for spa). We were so happy when arriving on our first night hungry from the journey at 9.30pm the gorgeous roof terrace restaurant serving the most delicious dinner and cocktails! Only tiny improvement I’d say is they do provide free water in the lobby, however for the size of the hotel, the 1 glass container does not last long, could do with 2/3 of these water containers or maybe a water machine. They do provide free bottles of water in the room which is lovely but they are small. Lovely hotel, 100% recommend!
